Indonesian athletes qualify for Asian Games and US Open

In tennis, the doubles pairing of Indonesia's Aldila Sutjiadi and New Zealand's Erin Routliffe has been named the ninth seed for the 2026 US Open. The duo enters the Grand Slam following a strong season on North American hard courts, including titles at the Mubadala Citi DC Open and the Bad Homburg Open. They are scheduled to face Clara Tauson and Ann Li in the first round of the tournament.
