In Bandung, a government employee (PPPK) at the Ministry of Public Works, identified as AS (49), was arrested after police discovered dozens of cannabis plants cultivated in his home. The suspect admitted to growing the plants for personal consumption after facing difficulties purchasing them. In response, the Minister of Public Works, Dody Hanggodo, announced the temporary suspension of the employee.

Other major seizures include 62.5 kilograms of cannabis in West Jakarta, where two men were apprehended, and 111.25 grams of methamphetamine in Jembrana. In Ogan Ilir, police seized 65 packages of methamphetamine and ecstasy. Additionally, authorities in Jayapura intercepted a shipment of 12.35 grams of methamphetamine sent via a courier service.

In Tangerang, a man was arrested for attempting to deliver 1,000 pills of tramadol through a cash-on-delivery transaction.
