Semen Padang FC bolsters squad with Novri Setiawan and other signings for Liga 2

Semen Padang FC confirmed the permanent transfer of winger Novri Setiawan from Persik Kediri, marking his first appearance for the club of his birth city ahead of the 2026/27 Liga 2 season. The club’s recruitment drive also brought in former Bali United forward Muhammad Rahmat and several other ex‑Super League players, while securing a loan for defender Bagas Kaffa to strengthen the back line. Management said the moves are part of a broader effort to return to Indonesia’s top tier, the Super League, as soon as possible.
