Semen Padang FC manager Braditi Moulevey announced that the team will play four friendly matches in Yogyakarta as part of an intensive preseason program ahead of the 2026/27 Liga 2 season. The scheduled fixtures are against Bhayangkara Presisi FC on 5 August, Borneo FC on 9 August, Jateng United on 15 August and Dejan United on 17 August, with a pending match versus Persita Tangerang and later friendlies against Persija and Dewa United in Jakarta.

Persela Lamongan has moved to Batu for a ten‑day training camp focused on rebuilding players' physical condition. Coach Bima Sakti said the camp will address loss of muscle mass after a long break and will include medical check‑ups. The U‑21 trial squad has been trimmed to 11 players who will be monitored throughout the camp.
