Indonesian companies launch various CSR initiatives in health, education, and agriculture

Various companies in Indonesia are conducting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focused on health, education, and agriculture.

In Banggai, Central Sulawesi, PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU) partnered with the Banggai Regency Health Office to hold a socialization program for maternal and neonatal emergency care. The training involved 60 midwives from the Batui, Kintom, and Nambo districts to help reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. Additionally, PT PAU provided support to the Jere Karamat Farmer Group in Kintom, collaborating with the local Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation to enhance agricultural management skills and local economic growth.

In Jayapura, Papua, Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Papua Maluku expanded its SESAMA program, providing 105 sets of school supplies—including uniforms, shoes, bags, and stationery—to underprivileged students at SD Negeri Puay and SD Negeri Yokiwa in the Sentani Timur District.
