Indonesian companies recognize employee dedication and CSR achievements

Asia Pulp and Paper (APP) Group has presented Long Service Awards to 1,370 employees in 2026 for their 20, 25, and 30 years of service. This brings the total number of employees recognized for long-term dedication between 2021 and 2026 to 9,302.

Director Suhendra Wiriadinata stated that the company’s growth is driven by its people rather than just technology or business strategy, noting that the experience and integrity of senior staff are vital assets for sustainability. The 2026 awards followed a theme of “A Legacy of Dedication, A Future of Possibilities”.

Separately, property developer PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PIK2) received three honors at the 2026 Indonesian CSR Awards (ICA) and Indonesian SDGs Awards (ISDA). The company earned a Silver ICA award and a Platinum ISDA award for its community programs focusing on integrated education, healthy housing, and sanitation. Additionally, its leadership received recognition for outstanding commitment to sustainable development principles.
