Indonesian football clubs begin training centers in Boyolali and Yogyakarta
Indonesian football clubs Persipura Jayapura and Madura United FC are conducting training centers (TC) to prepare for the upcoming season.
Persipura Jayapura has selected Boyolali, Central Java, as its training location. Coach Andri Ramawi stated that the choice was based on the availability of high-quality football fields and an environment conducive to player concentration. This marks a departure from previous seasons when the team typically trained in Malang or Yogyakarta.
Madura United FC is transitioning its training program to Yogyakarta following an initial 10-day period in Bangkalan. PT PBMB President Director Annisa Zhafarina explained that moving to Yogyakarta will allow the team to participate in friendly matches against other Liga 1 clubs also training in the area, providing more competitive evaluations. Additionally, the club plans to hold its official team launch in Bangkalan in the near future.
