Indonesian Futsal Federation removes Secretary General

The Indonesian Futsal Federation (FFI) has dismissed Secretary General Budi Setiawan. The decision was formalized through official letter No: 0071/FFI-KEP/1229/ORG/XI-2026.

FFI Chairperson Michael Sianipar stated that the dismissal is part of an organizational restructuring aimed at strengthening leadership effectiveness and improving governance. Sianipar emphasized that leadership decisions must prioritize the interests of the organization over individual interests to ensure the federation continues to progress.

The federation confirmed that its strategic agendas remain a priority, including national team development, competition expansion, and the strengthening of the national and regional futsal ecosystems. Sianipar called for solidarity and professionalism from all stakeholders, including clubs and the futsal community.
