Indonesian girl group no na releases single “Honk!” reviving Om Telolet Om meme

Indonesian girl group no na released their new single “Honk!” on 31 July 2026 through the 88rising label. The track appears on their upcoming 15‑track debut album Island Girl, slated for release on 18 September 2026.

The music video opens with a bus marked “no na” traveling a Sabang‑to‑Merauke route and features the group’s four members—Christy, Esther, Baila and Shaz—performing amid city streets, angkot (public minibuses) and crowds shouting the viral 2016 phrase “Om Telolet Om.” The song blends energetic pop with Indonesian cultural references, including lyrics that mention “angkot,” “kakak‑adek,” and “Sabang sampai Merauke.”

Honk!” follows earlier 2026 singles “Work” and “Rollerblade,” which also highlighted Indonesian identity and were promoted in interviews with Billboard Philippines. The release continues the group’s effort to bring local memes and sounds to a global audience.
