Indonesian insurance firms Tugu Insurance and Askrindo receive national awards

Indonesian insurance companies Tugu Insurance and Askrindo have received national awards for service quality and marketing leadership in September 2026.

Tugu Insurance earned the Indonesia Service Quality Award (SQA) 2026 in the Diamond category and the Customer Journey Experience (CJX) Award for its conventional authorized car insurance policy office purchasing process. The SQA Diamond category is reserved for companies with an index above 4.000 that exceeds the industry average.

Separately, Budhi Novianto, Business Director of Askrindo, was named Best Chief Marketing Officer 2026 in the General Insurance category at the Indonesia Best CMO Awards. The award recognizes his efforts in using strategic partnerships to promote insurance inclusion and education. Novianto emphasized that modern marketing must act as a driver for business growth through data, technology, and enhanced customer experiences.
