Indonesian life insurance companies are emphasizing their commitment to transparency and claim fulfillment during National Customer Day.
IFG Life reported paying out a total of Rp9.4 trillion in claims between January and July 2026. The company, a member of the Indonesia Financial Group, aims to provide accessible protection through digital platforms and physical representative offices across 20 Indonesian cities.
Manulife Indonesia is also focusing on helping policyholders understand their coverage from the point of purchase through to the claim process. The company processes hundreds of monthly claims involving health, life, pension, and endowment products, utilizing a structured approach to ensure consistency and fairness according to policy terms.
