Indonesian Ministry curates 153 MSMEs for IPO program

The Indonesian Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is currently curating 153 medium-sized companies for potential listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the RISE TO IPO 2026 program.

Deputy for Medium Enterprises, Bagus Rachman, stated that the companies participated in program series held in Surabaya, Makassar, and Bandung. The curation process evaluates business readiness, feasibility, and potential for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Selected companies will enter an Intensive Bootcamp to receive mentorship from capital market practitioners. This assistance focuses on improving legal, financial, governance, and strategic aspects. Following this, qualified participants will be directed toward the IDX Incubator 2027 program to further strengthen their business fundamentals.
