Ministry of Law regional offices conduct administrative and regulatory updates across Indonesia
Regional offices of the Indonesian Ministry of Law are implementing various administrative, service, and regulatory improvements across several provinces.
In South Sumatra, the regional office is conducting a physical re-inventory of state-owned assets to ensure administrative data matches actual field conditions. This initiative aims to improve accountability and transparency in asset management through updated digital applications.
In Bangka Belitung, officials are strengthening the use of an online Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) system. This digital transition is intended to provide more integrated and transparent evaluations of public services, allowing for data-driven improvements based on citizen feedback.
In Central Kalimantan and West Sulawesi, the ministry is focusing on legal harmonization. In Central Kalimantan, efforts are directed toward regional regulations concerning investment, creative economies, and farmer protection. In West Sulawesi, the focus is on harmonizing local regulations regarding regional taxes, levies, and building permit exemptions for low-income residents to prevent legal overlaps and ensure alignment with higher laws.
