Indonesian officials issue mandates for prosecutors and legal service reforms

During the 81st anniversary of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin issued seven daily mandates to guide the institution. These directives include applying divine values in decision-making, restoring the honor of the Prosecutor's Office, supporting the 'Asta Cita' national program, and utilizing conscience in professional duties. He also emphasized the need for synergy with other ministries, maintaining simplicity as a sign of integrity, and increasing sensitivity to legal developments.

Separately, Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Correctional Affairs Yusril Ihza Mahendra highlighted the importance of transforming General Legal Administration (AHU) services. He stated that the quality of AHU services serves as a reflection of Indonesia's status as a state governed by law. Mahendra advocated for a user-oriented digital transformation that focuses on data integration across ministries to provide legal certainty and prevent bureaucratic repetition for citizens and businesses.
