Indonesian police seize 300 export documents in palm oil under‑invoicing probe

Jakarta police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim) inspected 87 containers belonging to PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa (MMS) at Terminal NPCT 1 in the Tanjung Priok port. Inspectors matched export data with customs paperwork and seized 300 export documents (PEB) related to the fatty‑matter commodity, suspected of under‑invoicing. The operation, coordinated with the Tanjung Priok and Tangerang customs offices, also targeted documents from firms linked to MMS. Authorities said the seized files will be analyzed to determine the scope of the alleged export violations, and the investigation remains ongoing.
