Indonesian Scout Jamboree XII Mobilizes Regional Contingents to Cibubur

The 12th National Scout Jamboree (Jamnas XII) will be held at the Graha Wisata Cibubur campsite in East Jakarta from 12 to 21 August 2026, gathering thousands of scouts from across Indonesia.

Regional delegations are being dispatched: Bali Governor Wayan Koster released a 352‑person contingent that will promote an environmental waste‑reduction mission. Officials in Murung Raya highlighted their preparation to enhance participants’ leadership skills. The Anambas Islands’ Bupati Aneng sent 32 scouts, emphasizing discipline and national pride. Sulawesi Selatan’s deputy mayor H. Muhtar oversaw the departure of about 1,700 scouts traveling by the vessel KM Ngapulu, urging them to act as ambassadors for the islands.

Organizers describe the jamboree as a platform for character building, leadership training, skill development, and fostering brotherhood among scouts nationwide.
