Indonesian Senior Journalists Receive Free Health Screenings

On October 26, 2026, approximately 175 senior journalists gathered at the Siwabessy Hall of the Ministry of Health in Jakarta for free medical examinations. The event was organized by the Indonesian Senior Journalists Union (SWSI), also known as SW60+, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.

Participants underwent various screenings, including checks for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, heart health, and vision. The event was attended by Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin and Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid. Minister Sadikin noted that the initiative aligns with President Prabowo’s mandate to increase average life expectancy.
