Indonesian tennis duo reaches second round of ITF M15 Bali

At the Amman Men's World Tennis Championship ITF M15 Series II in Nusa Dua, Bali, two Indonesian players advanced to the second round. Sixteen‑year‑old Rafalentino Ali Da Costa defeated India's Arjun Rathi 7‑6(6), 4‑6, 6‑3 after a 2‑hour 11‑minute match, securing his place in the singles draw.

Twenty‑three‑year‑old Gunawan Trismuwantara won his opening match against fellow Indonesian Anthony Susanto 6‑3, 6‑4, also moving into the second round. Rafalentino will face sixth‑seed Keisuke Saitoh of Japan, while Gunawan's next opponent is yet to be determined.

In the men’s doubles draw, the Indonesian pair Eric Matthew Gunawan and David Agung Susanto were eliminated by Japan’s Masakatsu Noguchi and Ryotaro Taguchi. The remaining Indonesian team Rafalentino Ali Da Costa and Ethan David Zapp will meet the third‑seeded duo of Japan’s Daisuke Sumizawa and New Zealand’s Isaac Becroft.
