Indonesia's BP Tapera reports 77,000 subsidized homes delivered via FLPP

The Badan Pengelola Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (BP Tapera) said that as of 11 June 2026, 77,532 subsidised housing units had been disbursed under the Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) scheme, representing 22.15 % of the government’s annual target of 350,000 units. The delivery involved 36 partner banks and 21 developer associations, covering 8,859 subsidised projects built by 9,163 developers in 375 districts across 35 provinces.

Bank BTN was the largest conduit, providing 37,657 units (48.56 % of the total), followed by Bank Syariah Nasional, BRI, BNI and Mandiri. Young adults aged 19‑25 accounted for the highest share of beneficiaries, receiving 28,060 units (36.19 %). BP Tapera officials said monitoring and outreach will continue to boost participation among low‑income households.
