Bank Rakyat Indonesia Announces Record Dividend of Rp 52.1 trillion

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) disclosed that its 2025 cash dividend totals Rp 52.1 trillion (Rp 346 per share), the highest amount in the bank’s history. The payout follows a consolidated net profit of Rp 57.132 trillion for the year ended 31 December 2025, with attributable profit of Rp 56.65 trillion. The dividend announcement was made at the 2026 Annual General Meeting held on 10 April 2026, under the supervision of Danantara. BRI’s Chief Executive Hery Gunardi highlighted that the strong financial results support the bank’s transformation agenda, “BRIVolution Reignite,” aimed at strengthening core business, accelerating digitalisation, and expanding growth sources. The bank also reported Q1 2026 earnings of Rp 15.5 trillion, a 13.7 % year‑on‑year increase, and continued growth in credit disbursement (Rp 1,562 trillion) and third‑party deposits (Rp 1,555 trillion).
