Indonesia's Debottlenecking Task Force resolves 126 corporate complaints
Indonesia’s Debottlenecking Task Force has resolved 126 out of 170 reported corporate complaints as of August 12, 2026. The task force, established to accelerate the resolution of operational hurdles facing the business and investment sectors, has achieved an 81% success rate in addressing reported issues.
Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto stated that the task force aims to ensure smoother business activities and support sustainable economic growth by coordinating between relevant ministries and agencies. He also encouraged listed companies to strengthen good corporate governance and transparency to boost investor confidence.
Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa noted that while 13 formal sessions have been held, many cases are resolved at a technical level without requiring a full hearing. Currently, 29 complaints remain in process, one is in the queue, and 14 were not processed due to incomplete evidence.
