Indonesia's DTI Series 2026 conference launches digital transformation push

The Digital Transformation Indonesia (DTI) Series 2026 conference opened on 5 August 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC) in Senayan. The two‑day event, now in its fifth edition, gathered regulators, industry leaders and technology providers from 16 strategic sectors to accelerate Indonesia’s digital economy.

Adhouse Clarion Events chief executive Toerangga Putra thanked ministries and strategic partners, stating the forum aims to strengthen cross‑sector synergy and position Indonesia as a globally competitive digital economy. Speaking for the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kominfo), Director‑General Edwin Hidayat Abdullah highlighted Indonesia’s “crucial phase” toward the Indonesia Emas 2045 goal, describing the digital ecosystem as four inter‑linked layers—physical infrastructure, virtual infrastructure, platforms and intermediation, and services and applications—while emphasizing talent development, quality investment and trusted bureaucracy as key pillars.

The conference’s agenda covered four focus tracks: DTI‑CX, DCTI‑CX, DTI‑HR and Cyber Resilience & Defense (CRD‑CX), underscoring the nation’s commitment to building a robust, secure digital future.
