Indonesia's Land Agency to Launch Scheduled Survey System in August 2026
The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning and the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) announced that, starting early August 2026, all land‑office branches will operate a scheduled measurement system. Applicants will receive a fixed appointment, with a maximum waiting period of seven days and a measurement phase limited to five days, capping total service time at twelve days.
Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Nusron Wahid said, “The essence of public service is certainty, transparency, measurability and freedom from illegal fees.” Director General of Survey and Mapping Virgo Eresta Jaya urged regional heads to optimise staff deployment and apply a “first‑in‑first‑out” principle to ensure the new timetable is met. The policy will be continuously evaluated through citizen‑satisfaction surveys to adjust waiting‑time targets if needed.
