Indore: Driver rescued after vehicle crashes into parked truck

A serious road accident occurred late Sunday night on the Bicholi Mardana Bridge in the Kanadia area of Indore. An Eicher vehicle crashed into a truck parked on the side of the road, which was reportedly not visible due to darkness.

The impact was severe, trapping the driver, 29-year-old Rahul, inside the vehicle with his legs stuck. Following an alert, the police and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) conducted a rescue operation using specialized equipment to remove the damaged parts of the vehicle and free the driver.

Rahul was transported to MY Hospital around 2:00 AM, where doctors reported he is currently in stable condition. Local police have launched an investigation into the parked truck to determine if it had adequate lighting or reflectors and to assess potential negligence by the truck driver.
