Indra Kenz granted parole following Binomo fraud conviction

Indra Kenz, the influencer convicted in the Binomo binary options investment fraud case, has been granted parole. According to the Directorate General of Corrections, his parole began on September 24, 2026, following his sentence at the Cibinong Class IIA Prison. He is currently under the supervision of Bapas Bogor, which requires him to report once a month.

Regarding the financial impact of the fraud, Indonesian National Police (Polri) reported that 14 victims suffered total losses amounting to approximately Rp 25.62 billion. While legal counsel for the victims stated that some compensation has been distributed from seized assets, they noted ongoing disputes regarding the distribution process managed by the Paguyuban Perkumpulan Trader Indonesia Bersatu (PTIB). The legal team is reportedly filing a report with Bareskrim Polri to address these distribution issues.
