Indra Kenz returned to prison after parole revocation
Indra Kesuma, also known as Indra Kenz, has been returned to prison following the official revocation of his parole by the Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Services. He was transferred to the Tangerang Class I Prison, where he is currently being held in a special isolation cell within a maximum security block.
The decision to revoke his parole follows an investigation into luxury facilities discovered at the Cibinong Class IIA Prison. Reports indicated that Indra Kenz was allegedly involved in the procurement of high-end amenities, including residing in a container outfitted with an interior resembling a residential home. This discovery was brought to light by the Ombudsman.
Indra Kenz was previously sentenced to 10 years in prison for his involvement in the Binomo illegal investment scam and money laundering. Officials stated that the revocation was necessary due to irregularities in the remission process and potential abuses of authority at the Cibinong facility. He is now required to serve the remaining three years and two months of his sentence.
