Indra has approved a major corporate reorganization aimed at simplifying its structure and preparing for a new strategic plan to be presented on November 25. The restructuring, led by President Ángel Simón and CEO Josep Maria Recasens, marks a definitive shift away from the previous leadership era of Ángel Escribano.

The reorganization includes the departure of five high-level executives: Manuel Ausaverri (Chief Strategy Officer), Manuel Escalante (Chief Technology Officer), Antonio Mora (Director General of Organization), Juan Pedro Rodríguez (Director General of International), and Miguel Ángel Panduro (Director General of Indra Space).

Key structural changes include the merger of the Defense and Space divisions into a single unit led by Juan Ramón Hernández. Additionally, Air Traffic and Mobility divisions will be integrated under the Air Traffic Management (ATM) direction, headed by Víctor Martínez. The company's management committee has been reduced from 15 to 10 directors general.

Internal promotions include Frank Torres as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and David Santos as Technical General Secretary. Josep Maria Recasens will temporarily oversee the Strategy, Technology, and Product division until a new executive is hired through an open selection process.
