Indra Group, through its subsidiary IndraMind, has reached an agreement to acquire a 30% stake in the Madrid-based cybersecurity firm TRC. The deal includes an option for Indra to progressively increase its ownership to 100% over the next two years.

TRC is a Spanish-owned company specializing in the protection of information systems and networks for strategic national sectors, including defense, interior security, border protection, and critical infrastructure. The company reported revenues exceeding 120 million euros in 2025 and employs more than 400 experts.

The acquisition aims to strengthen Spain's domestic cybersecurity ecosystem and support European strategic autonomy and technological sovereignty. The transaction is pending customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval from the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC).
