IndraMind Cybersecurity secures Arvedi Group's industrial infrastructure

IndraMind Cybersecurity, a unit of the Indra Group, has implemented a 24/7 Managed Global Security Service for the Arvedi Group, a major Italian steel manufacturer. The agreement, spanning from 2024 to 2028, is designed to protect IT infrastructures and support the convergence toward Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The service utilizes Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms to monitor the digital perimeter. This approach aims to provide global visibility, effective threat detection, and rapid response to ensure operational continuity and production resilience across Arvedi Group's Italian sites.

Giacomo Parravicini, Director of IndraMind Cybersecurity in Italy, stated that protecting complex industrial infrastructures requires an approach that extends beyond traditional IT to include the operating systems governing production, thereby reducing cyber risks.
