INDRHI delivers drainage pipes to UASD San Francisco de Macorís

The National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI) has delivered 86 concrete drainage pipes to the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) campus in San Francisco de Macorís.

Executive Director Olmedo Caba Romano handed over the materials to campus director Dr. Rosa Francia Burgos to improve rainwater evacuation and mitigate historical flooding issues on the university grounds. The initiative aims to enhance safety for students, faculty, and staff during rainy periods. Dr. Burgos expressed gratitude for the support and requested continued assistance from INDRHI regarding other infrastructure needs, including the marginal road and broader drainage systems.
