Induction cookware options and compatibility guide

Induction cooking requires specific compatible utensils, often featuring non-stick coatings for easier cleaning and detachable handles for compact storage. Various brands offer specialized sets designed for this technology.

San Ignacio provides stainless steel sets with encapsulated bases for even heat distribution and glass lids. WMF offers the Provence Plus set made of 18/10 Cromargan stainless steel, which is dishwasher safe and features a TransTherm base for energy efficiency. BRA produces cast aluminium high pots with PFOA-free non-stick coatings and detachable silicone handles. YASHE offers a 15-piece stackable set with granite non-stick coating compatible with induction, gas, and ceramic stoves. Tefal provides the Ingenio Enjoy non-stick frying pan set.

Additionally, Lodge cast iron is compatible with induction cooktops. Because induction works via a magnetic field that heats the cookware directly, the heat retention and durability of cast iron make it an effective choice for this cooking method.
