Induction Hardware to release induction-powered outdoor griddle

Induction Hardware is set to release a 36-inch induction-powered griddle, marking a new development in the outdoor electric cooking market. The product, which utilizes magnetic fields to heat a ferrous metal griddle top rather than traditional heating elements, is scheduled to ship by the end of October.

The griddle is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features an 8mm carbon steel top. It includes two induction coils for two-zone cooking and two interior halogen lights. The unit requires a dedicated 240v 40A circuit and operates within a temperature range of 140 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Pricing is listed at $2,995.95 for a built-in model and $3,695.95 for a cart model.
