Indumak boosts Brazil Northeast presence while Multisac highlights supply resilience
Indumak, a Brazilian supplier of vertical packaging solutions, took part in the Embala Nordeste 2026 trade fair in Fortaleza, Ceará, on August 4‑5. The company said the Northeast region now contributes more than 30% of its national revenue and offers strong growth prospects driven by industrial expansion and increased investment in automation. At the 100 m² stand, Indumak demonstrated integrated packaging operations, including its PA‑50 palletizer and automated stretch‑film solutions, aimed at improving productivity and operational efficiency.
In Portugal, flexible‑packaging firm Multisac, led by CEO João Rodrigues, reiterated its strategy built on trust, internationalisation, sustainability and technological evolution. The company highlighted how it navigated recent raw‑material shortages caused by the COVID‑19 pandemic and the Ukraine war by activating contingency plans, strengthening long‑term supplier relationships and seeking alternative sources. Multisac emphasised that maintaining uninterrupted service for its customers remains its top priority.
