Industrial AI EXPO 2026 opens in Ilsan, South Korea

The 2nd Industrial AI EXPO commenced on October 21 at KINTEX in Ilsan, South Korea, featuring over 200 domestic and international companies. Under the theme ‘Embodied AI: Beyond Physical AI’, the event focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence with manufacturing, robotics, and digital twin technologies.

Key highlights include the debut of the ‘Industrial AI Robot Stadium’, a program dedicated to demonstrating physical AI through real-time robot demonstrations in manufacturing, safety, and facility management. Exhibitors are showcasing a wide range of technologies, including AI semiconductors, cloud computing, smart factory solutions, and logistics automation.

Participating companies include Telstar Agentic Robotics, Megazone Cloud, FuriosaAI, and Qualcomm Technologies, which is hosting a joint pavilion with six Korean startups participating in its AI Innovator Program. The expo also features regional pavilions from Gyeonggi-do and Seongnam, highlighting local advancements in smart manufacturing and bio-healthcare.
