Industrial Design education expands in Australia and Japan

The University of Adelaide launched a Master of Design specializing in Industrial Design, aiming to train designers in sustainable, user‑centred product development using digital tools and industry partnerships. The program covers topics such as advanced theory, business practices, and research methods.

U'eyes Design, a Japanese design consultancy, announced a two‑day Design Thinking Skills Workshop in Tokyo (12‑13 March 2020) covering human‑factors research, mindset training, and practical prototyping to help participants create customer‑focused service designs.
