Industrial expansion continues in Krnov and Přerov

Industrial development is expanding in the Czech Republic with two significant new projects in Krnov and Přerov.

In Krnov, the company Egibi has begun construction on a new production and warehouse facility in the Červený dvůr industrial zone. Spanning approximately one hectare, the facility is intended for carpentry, flooring production, and related accessories. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2030 and aims to create up to 40 new jobs.

In Přerov, RC Europe has received a valid building permit for the RC Zone Přerov industrial park, a project valued at over three billion CZK. Located near the D1 highway, the development will include three modern halls covering roughly 50,000 square meters, primarily designed for manufacturing. Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with the first spaces expected to be ready for tenants by summer 2027.
