İnegöl Mayor meets with 57 top-ranking YKS students

İnegöl Mayor Alper Taban met with 57 students from İnegöl who ranked within the top 30,000 in the national Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS). The meeting, held at the Exhibition Hall in the City Square and New Living Area, included the students' families and İnegöl District Director of National Education, Halil İbrahim Zengin.

During the gathering, the students discussed their university preferences, career goals, and expectations for the future. Mayor Taban emphasized that the students' success is a source of pride for both their families and the city. He stated that the municipality intends to support young people through various initiatives, including educational support and the provision of duty libraries.

District Director of National Education Halil İbrahim Zengin noted that the exam results reflect hard work and perseverance. He highlighted that among the successful students was one individual who ranked 359th nationally in an exam contested by over 2 million candidates. The event aimed to recognize academic excellence and maintain direct communication between the local government and the youth.
