İnegöl police arrest suspect in shooting following messaging dispute

In İnegöl, Bursa, an 18-year-old named Yıldırım A. was arrested after shooting his friend, 19-year-old Eren K., following a dispute over text messages. The incident occurred on August 4 at approximately 21:30 on Bilgehan Street in the Mesudiye neighborhood. Yıldırım A. used a rifle to strike Eren K. in the right leg before fleeing the scene on a motorcycle without license plates.

Police investigators located the suspect by reviewing 50 different security camera recordings along his escape route. After identifying his residence in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood, authorities conducted a raid and took him into custody. Following legal proceedings, the suspect was formally arrested and sent to prison.
