Inep establishes support network for 2026 Enem exam
The National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) has established the School Interlocutor Network (RIE) to support the application of the 2026 National High School Exam (Enem). This initiative follows a decision to integrate the Enem into the Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb), expanding the exam's role to evaluate high school education quality.
Effective public school teachers from state and district networks who are currently in active service are eligible to join the RIE. Selected educators will perform logistical support, student orientation, and infrastructure management. To participate, candidates must have a smartphone with mobile internet and cannot have relatives up to the third degree enrolled in the Enem within the same municipality.
Participants will receive an Educational Evaluation Allowance (AAE) of R$ 510 per day. For the two days of the exam, the total compensation can reach R$ 1,020. These payments will be made directly to the participant's bank account and do not constitute part of their regular salary or pension.
