Inep releases reapplication details for Encceja and Enamed exams

The National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) has released information regarding the reapplication of two major Brazilian examinations: Encceja and Enamed.

For Encceja 2026, which provides certification for youth and adults, reapplication exams are scheduled for October 6 (elementary education) and October 7 (high school). Candidates can consult their specific testing locations through the Encceja System by accessing their Confirmation of Enrollment Card. Eligibility is limited to those affected by logistical issues or specific infectious diseases during the original testing period.

Regarding Enamed 2026, the National Medical Training Assessment, candidates can now check if their requests for reapplication were approved via the Enamed System using Gov.br credentials. The new exam date is set for October 18. Successful applicants can access their confirmation cards starting October 13. The Enamed serves as a critical metric for medical training quality and is a requirement for medical residency selection processes.
