Inep conducts Enamed 2026 medical assessment in Brazil

The National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) is conducting the 2026 National Medical Training Assessment (Enamed) across Brazil. The exam, held on September 13, evaluates medical students and undergraduate programs. Key dates include the preliminary answer key release on September 15, followed by a period for appeals from September 15 to 17. Final results and the definitive answer key are scheduled for release on December 4.

Inep has also released rules for the Enamed 2026 re-application process. Eligible participants may request a re-application on September 14 and 15 via the Enamed System. The results for these requests will be announced on September 30, with the re-application exam set for October 18.

Additionally, Inep published the final list of 5,666 approved candidates for the 2025/2 Revalida exam, which validates medical diplomas obtained abroad for practice within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
