Infernal Trail des Vosges expects 9,200 runners

The 18th edition of the Infernal Trail des Vosges in Saint-Nabord expects 9,200 runners from September 10 to 13. This represents a significant increase from the 7,500 participants recorded last year.

The event is managed entirely by volunteers, including a dedicated association board and 100 healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses to ensure participant safety. The race features eleven different formats ranging from 5 km to the IT 200, with a new 50 km format being introduced for 2026 to meet runner demand. The courses traverse 35 communes across the Vosges and Haut-Rhin regions, utilizing diverse landscapes including forests, glacial lakes, and mountain ridges.
