Inffinito Brazilian Film Festival opens 30th edition in Miami

The 30th Inffinito Brazilian Film Festival has commenced in Miami, United States, featuring more than 70 Brazilian productions. The event, which runs through September 12, serves as a business and networking hub to connect the Brazilian audiovisual industry with global markets.

Among the featured works is the film ‘Deixe-Me Viver’, directed by Walther Neto. The drama, which explores themes of spirituality and ancestry, was partially filmed at the Unoeste university campuses in Presidente Prudente, Brazil. The film is scheduled for screening as part of the Panorama Program at South Beach Cinema on September 7.

This edition of the festival includes competitive showcases, premieres, and a tribute to actress Glória Pires. The festival's programming is hosted across several venues, including O Cinema South Beach, Silverspot Cinema Downtown Miami, and the Miami Beach Bandshell.
