Influencer Braden Peters charged with rape and drugging in Massachusetts
Braden Peters, an online influencer known as ‘Clavicular’ within the ‘looksmaxxing’ community, faces criminal charges in Massachusetts including rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a minor. The charges were filed in Orleans District Court following allegations involving influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza.
Mendoza alleges that during an incident in May 2025 at a Cape Cod home, Peters pressured her to consume alcohol while livestreaming on Twitch, instructing her to claim the alcohol was water to avoid platform bans. She claims she fell asleep and woke up to Peters having sexual intercourse with her without her consent. Mendoza has also filed a civil lawsuit against Peters, alleging he engaged in sexual acts while she was too intoxicated to consent.
A spokesperson for Peters has stated that the charges are ‘false’. Peters is known for his controversial physical appearance maximization methods and has previously faced legal issues in Florida regarding the illegal discharge of a firearm.
