Braden Peters charged with rape and drugging a minor
Braden Peters, a 20-year-old social media influencer known as ‘Clavicular’, has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging a person for sexual purposes, and providing alcohol to a minor.
The criminal complaint, filed in Orleans District Court following an investigation by the Chatham Police Department, alleges the incident occurred in May 2025 at Peters’ family home in Cape Cod. The victim, identified as 17-year-old Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, alleges that Peters invited her to participate in a livestream regarding ‘looksmaxxing’—a physical self-improvement trend.
Mendoza claims that during the broadcast, Peters provided her with large quantities of vodka while instructing her to tell viewers they were drinking water to bypass platform restrictions. She further alleges that Peters told viewers she was 18 years old. The victim stated she became intoxicated and later woke up to find Peters engaging in sexual intercourse with her without her consent.
If convicted of rape, Peters faces up to 20 years in prison. His legal representative has denied the allegations, calling them unfounded. This case follows a separate legal matter in Florida, where Peters pleaded no contest to unlawfully firing a firearm at an alligator during a livestream, resulting in probation.
