Influencer Marduzinn spreads fake DNA test and promotes unauthorized betting
Influencer Marcelo Wilman, known as Marduzinn, has faced backlash after circulating a fraudulent DNA test regarding Maria Alice, the daughter of Brazilian celebrities Virginia Fonseca and Zé Felipe. The fabricated document falsely suggested that YouTuber Pedro Rezende was the child's father.
Following the incident, Marduzinn claimed on social media that he had been arrested and taken to the Bangu Penitentiary Complex. However, his legal team clarified that he was taken to the 16th Police Station in Barra da Tijuca for questioning and was subsequently released. Zé Felipe has publicly demanded a retraction, stating he would pursue legal action.
Additionally, reports indicate that Marduzinn has been promoting an unauthorized betting platform, 'ano.bet', which is not among the 85 companies officially authorized by the Brazilian Ministry of Finance to operate fixed-quota betting in the country.
