Serbian influencer Marko Stojković was detained in the Split Bilice prison after being arrested in Croatia for displaying tattoos of Draža Mihailović and Momčilo Đujić. The incident occurred while Stojković was on vacation in Split, where he reportedly revealed the tattoos in a cafe on Žnjan.

Stojković was brought before the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Split, facing charges of disturbing public order and violating the Law on Combating Discrimination. Police initially proposed 30 days of imprisonment for the first offense and a fine of 2,000 euros for the second. The court ordered a 15-day detention to prevent the possibility of reoffending, noting that Stojković is a public figure with a large social media following.

During his court appearance, Stojković stated, “I am now aware that I should not have done that because I could hurt other nations. I do not hate the Croatian people.” He added that he plays for a Croatian club in Vienna and had not considered the potential public reaction to the tattoos.
