Influencer Moskitão named defendant for harassment and discrimination

Alexsander José Rodrigues da Silva, known as Moskitão, has been named a defendant in São Paulo by the 26th Criminal Court. He faces charges of sexual harassment and discrimination against comedian Guilherme Ribeiro dos Santos, known as Tokinho, who has dwarfism.

The incident occurred during a live broadcast on Twitch in August 2025. According to the Public Ministry of São Paulo, Moskitão attempted to kiss Tokinho without consent and made discriminatory sexual comments regarding people with dwarfism, including stating he had a ‘fetish for people with disabilities’.

Tokinho noted that the case was only able to proceed because viewers recorded the live stream. The comedian expressed feeling disrespected and embarrassed by the encounter, which was witnessed by thousands of people online.
