Infobip celebrates 20 years of global growth and AI expansion

Infobip, the Croatian cloud communications platform, is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Founded in 2006 by Silvio Kutić and Izabel Jelenić in Vodnjan, the company has grown into a global technology leader and a unicorn.

Financial reports indicate significant growth, with total global revenue increasing by 17.5 percent last year. Pre-tax profit rose from 130 million euros to 200 million euros. The company expects a 20 percent revenue increase this year and further profit growth in 2026. Notably, 53 percent of Infobip’s revenue is generated from the United States.

As part of its expansion and focus on artificial intelligence, Infobip is investing in AI-based products and data centers. The company, which employs approximately 3,500 people across more than 70 offices worldwide, has announced plans to open a new campus in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, following its existing campuses in Vodnjan and Zagreb.
