Infonavit has placed 44,000 homes across 27 Mexican states

Infonavit has placed 44,000 homes across 27 Mexican states during the current federal administration, according to Octavio Romero Oropeza, the organization's director general. The agency also plans to launch eight additional housing developments.

In Durango, the housing program is expected to exceed its six-year goals. Currently, 19,000 homes are contracted in the state, with another 12,000 expected to be incorporated in the coming months. The governor of Durango, Esteban Villegas Villarreal, noted that if the minimum target of 25,000 homes is met, the project could generate approximately 100,000 jobs and stimulate local economic activity.

As part of recent actions, 303 homes were delivered in the Palmares development located in the municipality of Lerdo.
